From east side:
     Take the number 4 train to Franklyn Ave.— Transfer to number 3 Train to Kingston.
       (about 30 minutes from Grand central)

Note:
     Many Brooklyn Bound trains stop at Atlantic Ave. where you can transfer to the number 3 train.

Once you get to Kingston Ave, Exit the turnstiles and turn right.
Walk up the stairs and keep going to the next block - which is Brooklyn Ave.
Turn Right and cross over Eastern Parkway.
Walk along Brooklyn Ave to Lincoln Place (one block) and Turn Right on Lincoln Place.
We are the first house on the Right - 968 Lincoln Place.
